Bee Bread is Pollen collected by bees, stored in the cells of the honeycomb and intended to be the resources of protein food of the bee family. Inside the beehive, Pollen compressed in the cells of the honeycomb is affected by fermentation processes as a result of which Pollen turns into Bee Bread. It is a mixture of Honey and Pollen which contains a lot of secretion produced by the glands of bee organism. Fermentation processes take place in the bread due to them as a result of which the ratios of the components thereof change and new substances are formed.

This product is the main source of protein substances for bees. It is a natural food supplement for a person, a source of energy and good health. Bee Bread relieves physical and mental fatigue, improves the mood, supplements the lack of vitamins, is suitable for the recovery of strength after various illnesses, strengthens the immune system, helps fight atherosclerosis, is suitable for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders and helps in case of diabetes.

Basically, Bee Bread is a new product which is little known and used worldwide because of low spread of information. The question which product – Pollen or Bee Bread – is more useful arises quite often. Bee Bread is superior to Pollen in some qualities. First of all, the human organism absorbs Bee Bread mush easier than Pollen. It is so because, when Bee Bread “matures”, pollen sac, which constitutes it, disintegrates and the substances, which are able to be absorbed quicker in the organism, contained inside it are freed. The organism absorbs active substances of Bee Bread easier than those of Pollen as they disintegrate into less complex compounds during fermentation. And on the contrary, pollen sac which has not disintegrated encumbers absorption of the content of Pollen. It is a conserved product adapted for consumption more, it changes little during the course of time and may be used for a long time.

Scientists have determined that Bee Bread contains over 25 micro- and macroelements: iron, cobalt, phosphorus, etc. A lot of various vitamins (C, B1, B2, B3, P), ferments, hormones were found. Bee Bread contains over 20 different amino acids which amount to approx. 15 percent of dry substances of Bee Bread.

Our Bee Bread always passes the necessary fermentation period in the beehive, the appearance of its granules is good, it is dried evenly, contains a very low amount of honey, its colour is light and dark, its aroma and taste is good. It contains approx. 30% of proteins, 24-34% of carbohydrates, 1,5% of lipids, 15% of amino acids, practically all vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, PP, E, D, K, H) needed by the human organism as well as the necessary macro- (P, S, CI, K, Ca, Na) and microelements (Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Co, Mo, Se, Cr, Ni, Si).
Thus, as Bee Bread is made of Pollen which is collected from the same region from which we deliver it, it is characterized by several qualities: no chemical pollutants (heavy metals, pesticides, antibiotics, toxins, etc.), good microbiological status which complies with the requirements of the food and pharmacy sectors of the EU. Free from GMO.

Bee Bread may be used not only as a food supplement but is also suitable in combination with other bee products, honey, royal jelly and other substances of plant origin.
